Does each bracelet have a meaning? Yes, you can also personalize each bracelet for your own meanings
Are the charms religious based? While we incorporate spiritual and religious charms and messages, we are open to all persons regardless of religion or spiritual practices. NO we are not religious based.
Where do you get the charms, and materials? We have private vendors, & manufacturers that create the materials and charms, separate from CharmedbyCraft.
Is it real gold and silver? Please read the description of each bracelet to see what the materials are made from. If it does not say gold or silver then it is not made from gold or silver.
What does gold-plated mean? It means that ONLY the surface material is made from gold, and the inside of the material is made from something other than gold
Will I be allergic to the materials? We have tested our products on various skins. We make sure our materials are friendly to wear. However, please read the description of what the materials are made from prior to ordering and contact your local health professional for any allergies you may have.
Will the bracelets turn my wrist green? No, our materials do not turn your wrist green.
Can I fit the bracelet? We have standard size 8. Please read the description of each bracelet, and/or measure your wrist.
I have a small/large wrist? Please email us to customize a charm bracelet for a separate fee.
What if a charm falls off? Please read the description of each bracelet, on how to keep your bracelets in good condition.
Can I get my bracelet fixed or add new charms? Please contact us about your customized charmed bracelet for a separate fee.

What if my bracelet is damaged after I opened the package? Please email an inquiry about your damaged goods. (PLEASE READ SHIPPING/RETURNS ABOUT DAMAGED GOODS)

What if my items are stolen, lost, or delayed? Please contact your local post office. Unfortunately we are not in charge of delivering goods once items are shipped. We will try our best to figure out a resolution. ALL sales are final.
