Shipping & Returns

 SHIPPING

  1. Please give us 3-5 business days to Process & Fulfill your order. Please be aware that bracelets are handmade.
  2. Please allow 5-10 business days to SHIP out your order. Any delays on shipment we will notify you via email, and or text.
  3. Once items are shipped you can track your order via SHOP, we will also send a tracking number to your email. Once an item is shipped, we are not in charge of postal services. We will try our best to track your items for any delays, lost or stolen goods. However, contacting your local post office is the easiest option prior to reaching out to CharmedbyCraft. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen goods.
  4. Please purchase orders in advance if you need products by a specific date.

RETURNS

      1. Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

 REFUND

      1. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY REFUNDS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Only damaged items (from shipment or fullfillment) can be refunded for a partial or full refund, (broken bracelet, damaged charms, broken hook are all examples of damaged goods). We only allow up to 3 days after a delivery, for any inquiry about any damaged goods. Please email a thorough description, and photos. After 3 days, we will not accept your inquiry about damages. Please be advised we take photos of all our products before shipping to make sure it is in the best condition. We have the right to NOT ACCEPT YOUR inquiry if we believe that your inquiry about damages, did not come from a fulfillment or shipment issue.
